Hotel++

Terms

The short version, because a long one would not be read.

What Hotel++ does

Hotel++ searches hotels and tells you how well each one matches what you asked for, based on what a hotel says about itself and what its guests have written, and lets you book your stay through Hotel++.

We can be wrong

Prices, availability and facilities come from third parties and from automated analysis of guest reviews. Any of it can be out of date, incomplete or simply wrong. We show you what we found and where we found it so you can judge it. A price in your search results is an indication rather than a quote: the price you are shown when you book, before you pay, is the one that counts.

Check anything that matters to you with the hotel before you book.

Booking

Bookings are made through our booking partner, Nuitée, which is the merchant of record: Nuitée takes your payment, and its booking terms apply to your booking alongside these. The hotel provides your stay.

If something goes wrong with a booking, write to support@hotelplusplus.com and we will help you sort it out.

Your account

You need an account only to save searches and hotels. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at support@hotelplusplus.com if you think somebody else has got into your account.

To delete your account, email support@hotelplusplus.com from the address you signed up with, and we will delete it and everything attached to it. We may close an account that is being used to attack or abuse the service.

Using the service sensibly

Use Hotel++ to find somewhere to stay. Do not try to break it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to send anybody anything they did not ask for.

Where you stand legally

Hotel++ is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or always be right, and we are not liable for a loss that follows from relying on it — within the limits of the law, which does not let anybody exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and we do not try to.

Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Getting in touch

For a problem with your account, a booking link or anything on the site that is not working, write to support@hotelplusplus.com. For questions about these terms, or anything else, write to info@hotelplusplus.com.

Changes

We will change this page as the service changes, and the date below changes with it. Last updated 29 October 2026.
